30 Years: A Celebration of the James Beard Foundation

I have had the pleasure of dining at the James Beard house twice this year and both times were wonderful. If you have never experienced a dinner here you are missing out on a true New York City experience!!

For those of you not in NYC there are plenty of James Beard events through out the country all year long. Some of the upcoming locations are; Sanibel Island, Carmel, Orlando, and Palm Springs.

Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe

Let your inner Audrey come out and have "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (and lunch)!! On November 10th Tiffany's is opening it's first ever restaurant inside their NYC flagship store on 5th Avenue. The Blue Box Café is on the fourth floor at 727 Fifth Avenue, part of a renovated space that showcases a luxury home and accessories collection. This is the first project from Reed Krakoff, who became the company’s chief artistic officer in January.

While the space is small the design and color, Tiffany Blue, of course, will give you the feeling of dining inside one of the companies eponymous gift boxes. This will quickly become one of the most Instagrammed NYC spots for sure.
